New agreement with Buzztime Game Network. This is a 26 week agreement.  
Upon expiration of agreement, this agreement shall automatically be extended for continuous one month periods unless and until Customer provides 30 day written notice to cancel service    
TERMS AND CONDITIONS   

This Sales Order will become effective upon the execution by Customer and Buzztime. This Sales Order is governed by the terms and conditions of the Buzztime Master Services Agreement found at buzztime.com/legal-agreements (the “Master Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Master Agreement and this Sales Order, the terms of this Sales Order control. This Sales Order and the Master Agreement are collectively referred to as the “Agreement.” Subscription(s) are non-cancelable before the end of the Minimum Term Commitment.    

By Customer signing this Sales Order, Customer represents (a) it has read and understood the terms of the Master Agreement, (b) it has had the opportunity to consult with legal counsel in connection with this Agreement, and (c) it has the authority to enter into this Agreement.  

BUZZTIME TABLET PLAN – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Overview These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the leasing and use of Buzztime’s Tablet Plan (the “Plan”). By signing below, you agree to the terms set forth herein. This Plan is a part of the Buzztime Game Network and is subject to the same six-month agreement applicable to new customers joining the Buzztime Game Network. 

2. Equipment Provided Under the Plan, Buzztime will provide the following: 

• Brand New Tablets: Samsung Galaxy tablets with 11-inch screens, optimized for gaming and browsing, featuring long-lasting battery life and a modern design. Buzztime reserves the right to change the model and manufacturer of the tablets as it deems necessary. 
• Enhanced Games: Access to Buzztime’s most popular games, including: 
• Buzztime Bets for sports enthusiasts. 
• Buzztime Trivia App for easy navigation and gameplay. 
• Live Trivia for real-time competitive fun. 
• Games for Kids. 

3. Leasing Terms 

• Lease Structure: The equipment is leased, ensuring access to the latest technology without ownership obligations. 
• Maintenance: Normal wear and tear is included in the lease agreement. 
• Replacement Policy: Free replacements will only be provided for internal hardware or software malfunctions not caused by misuse. 

4. Replacement Policy Disclaimer Free replacements are not covered for: 

• External damage such as cracked screens, water damage, or physical breakage due to mishandling. 
• Theft or loss of the tablet. 
• Tampering or unauthorized modifications. Replacements for damage outside normal wear and tear are subject to a fee. 

5. Pricing Plans The following tiered pricing options are available: 

• 5 Tablet Plan – Buzztime Bronze: $149 (BGN Console) + $126 (Tablet fee) = $275/month. Equipment Deposit: $149 extra.* 
• 10 Tablet Plan – Buzztime Silver: $149 (BGN Console) + $199 (Tablet fee) = $349/month. Equipment Deposit: $299 extra.* 
• 20 Tablet Plan – Buzztime Gold: $149 (BGN Console) + $360 (Tablet fee) = $509/month. Equipment Deposit: $599 extra.* 
• 30 Tablet Plan – Buzztime Platinum: $149 (BGN Console) + $510 (Tablet fee) = $659/month. Equipment Deposit: $899 extra.* 

*The Equipment Deposit is refundable upon the return of equipment in a condition reflecting reasonable wear and tear.
